At Blingroy, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
RETURNS
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
For hygiene reasons, earrings are not eligible for return.
EXCHANGES (REPLACEMENTS)
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will gladly send a replacement.
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photo proof.
REFUNDS
Refunds are only issued for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
Once approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

SHIPPING COSTS (RETURNS)
